How Long Does Production Take?
Production usually takes 3–5 days.

Remark: Within 24 hours after you place the order, we may contact you if there are issues with the picture you uploaded. Please keep an eye on the email address you used when placing the order. If the customer fails to confirm the picture size in time due to personal reasons, we will proceed according to the default standard.
Can I Change the Picture or Size?
Yes, but you need to contact customer service within 24 hours after placing the order.
Is There a White Border?
No. Our metal prints are produced edge-to-edge with no white borders.
If a white edge appears due to the image format, we will contact you to confirm the necessary adjustments.
What If My Order Is Damaged or Lost in Transit?
Please contact us if your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping.
After verifying the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution.
